Professional Chef with more than 6 years of extensive experience in pastry. Capable of managing dining services of up to 100 tables while managing and motivating staff to perform to best of abilities across every service. Consistently create new recipes and menus for Al a carte, cake shop and pastry boutique, implementing seasonal ingredients and modern techniques.

 

As a chef, I have always maintained a personal passion for the food industry. This interest, combined with years of experience, I possess the necessary qualifications and am quite accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. I desire to find employment within a respectable company, which can offer me room for further advancement while enabling me to feel part of a well-rounded team.
